Morehead City, CARTERET COUNTY — Inshore shrimp trawling in North Carolina might soon come to an end if the North Carolina Wildlife Federation (NCWF) succeeds in its call for a ban to protect other fish species. The decision now rests with the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission.
