HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) - The Hawaii Supreme Court has issued a ruling that opens the door to commercial aquarium fish collecting along West Hawaii’s shoreline.

But both sides are not seeing the ruling as a complete victory.

In a four-to-one decision, the high court ruled that the aquarium fishers’ environmental impact statement was adequate to allow the practice to resume. But opponents of the trade said they’re not giving up the fight.
