A legislative committee in Concord is supporting the idea of recreational scuba divers being able to catch lobsters and help clean up traps, but some said it would hurt the lobster industry.
Those who testified at the three-hour hearing said they wanted to keep the coast clean, but they had different ideas of the best way to do that.
