In this year's Alaska Symphony of Seafood new-product contest, a distinguished panel of judges, composed of industry chefs and experts, bestowed the grand prize on Tilgner's Specialized Smoked Seafood Products for their Ruby Red Ole World Scottish Style Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon.

The product also took home the first-place prize for new smoked product, and the Anchorage People's Choice award.

Since 1994, the Alaska Fisheries Development Foundation has conducted the Alaska Symphony of Seafood to celebrating creative and innovative seafood products that feature Alaska seafood as their main ingredient. A complete list of winning products is below.
