Bristol Bay Brailer
Bristol Bay Brailer is a locally owned and operated business out of Naknek, Alaska. We were created by five fishermen that grew up in the area. Our goal as a company is to provide a quality product and work to upgrade the fishing industry and the tried and true designs that came before us. As locals, we are able to be in the heart of Bristol Bay year round and use our knowledge to create innovative merchandise. We love the opportunity to offer jobs in our community in a industry we truly care about. Bristol Bay Brailer is for fishermen, by fishermen.
Our Products
Brailer
All brailers are custom made to fit your bins. We have a choice of either 600 lb or 1000 lb capacity, and you can either choose from our more flexible, lightweight material or the stiffer, heavyweight material. Our brailers are black with a choice of red, yellow, orange, green, blue, or purple webbing.
Net Bag
Our net bags are a built to last, made out of heavy duty 18 oz. vinyl and 22 oz. vinyl coated polyester mesh (brailer material). We make them easy to load with squared bottoms and four handles along the sides for your crew to lift with. You can choose from either two or four long handles on the top for cranes to lift from. The net bags are made for 25 fathoms, 37.5 fathoms, or 50 fathoms. Grommets run along the top for cinching them closed. The bright color selection makes the net bags easy to spot when they are all piled at a cannery or on a tender.
Recycled Material Tote Bag
Our tote bags come in three different sizes to suit all your needs. All of our tote bags are made out of brailer material. The recycled material tote bags offer a variety of mesh colors. The rolls of material we receive are all interwoven differently, so each color is of limited quantity. While we may get another color that is similar in the future, we will not have another exact match for it.
Black Mesh Tote Bag
Our tote bags come in three different sizes to suit all your needs. All of our tote bags are made out of brailer material. The black mesh tote bags utilize our brailer material as the base and colorful webbing to accent it. The webbing that holds the bag together comes in a variety of color options. You can either choose standard black or mix it up with red, yellow, orange, green, blue, or purple.
Mini Brailers
The mini brailer is a larger size than the tote. It's a square frame, and truly just a miniature version of our brailer. It is perfect for hauling wood or carrying your groceries. It's a black, heavy duty vinyl coated, polyester mesh with your choice of red, yellow, orange, green, blue, or purple webbing. The mini brailer is 13" deep with 14" sides.
