As the pandemic continues to hamper in-person events, the organizers of Pacific Marine Expo in Seattle have decided to cancel the 2020 trade show at Century Link Field Event Center.

“It is with great disappointment that we have to bring you the news that we will not be able to meet in person in 2020,” said Event Director Denielle Christensen.

National Fisherman, the official publication for the show, will host Expo Online, a digital experience that will bring the industry together for three days of educational content, special events, discussions in the National Fisherman Forum, and a comprehensive supplier guide in lieu of an exhibit floor.

The online experience will take place Nov. 17-19 and will be free for anyone who signs up to stream and participate.

“While we can’t come together in person this fall, we know there is no substitution for a face-to-face event, and we are working hard to provide you with the resources and education you need to stay connected, now and in the future. Just like the annual show, let Expo Online help you start 2021 with your best foot forward,” said Christensen.

The NF team will offer details about Expo Online as they become available in the coming weeks. Questions and inquiries regarding Pacific Marine Expo can be directed to [email protected].
