FOLLY BEACH S.C. (WCBD)- Crab populations along the Lowcountry’s coast, in places like the Charleston Harbor, are declining according to the South Carolina Department of Natural Resources (SCDNR).
Multiple surveys from around the Charleston area have shown a decline.
